The Black Stars of Ghana trained on Tuesday, January 9, a day after the poor showing in the friendly match against Namibia.

As part of preparations for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, Ghana hosted Namibia at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

In a game where the Black Stars failed to impress in the first half, Coach Chris Hughton’s boys did better in the second half.

However, the Black Stars could not score and had to settle for a goalless draw against Namibia in 90 minutes.

Today, the Black Stars have trained at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, as Coach Chris Hughton looks to drill his lads to get in the best shape before the start of the 2023 AFCON on Saturday, January 13.
