Black Stars captain Andre Ayew receives heroic welcome in Sunyani ahead of All Star Festival
Ghana captain Andre Ayew was greeted with a tremendous reception upon his arrival in Sunyani in the Bono Region.
Ayew had made the journey in order to participate in the highly anticipated All-Star game, scheduled to take place in the neighboring Ahafo region.
As his car maneuvered through the cheering crowd, Ayew emerged from the sunroof, acknowledging the fervent fans who were enthusiastically chanting his name and expressing their adoration for him.
The heartwarming gesture from the celebrated player further intensified the already electric atmosphere.

The 33-year-old is among the illustrious lineup of football stars who will be participating in the prestigious 2023 All-Star Football Festival.
This event marks the second edition of the tournament, following the resounding success of its inaugural edition held in Accra last year.
Prior to the game, Ayew and his fellow Stars will be honored with a grand welcome durbar, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday morning at the magnificent Abanpradease Palace in Dormaa.
Later in the day, the team, under the guidance of former Black Stars head coach Avram Grant, will compete against a select side from the Bono Ahafo region.
The highly anticipated match will be hosted at the revered Nana Agyemang Badu I Park, providing an exciting spectacle for the passionate football fans in attendance.
