Black Maidens set for WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup with series of friendlies

The Black Maidens are intensifying their preparations for the WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup with three friendly matches at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram.

Their first encounter is scheduled against Rootz Sistaz on Wednesday, December 4, followed by games against Epiphany Warriors on Friday, December 6, and Sissamba Ladies on Sunday, December 8.

Head Coach Joe Nana Adarkwa aims to use these matches to assess and fine-tune his squad ahead of the tournament, which will run from December 12 to 26 at the same venue.

Ghana is hosting the inaugural edition of the WAFU B U-17 Girls Cup and will compete in Group A alongside Benin and Burkina Faso. The friendly matches are expected to provide valuable preparation for the team as they aim to make a strong impact in the competition.
