Black Galaxies players back to clubs after Togo friendly

Black Galaxies players have returned to their respective clubs as the Premier League resumes after a two-week break.

The players will shift their focus to Matchday 13 of the Ghana Premier League, which takes place across nine centres this weekend.

Following a successful 1-0 victory over Togo in an international friendly in Lomé, the team, led by head coach Mas Ud Didi Dramani, arrived back in Ghana on Thursday night.

The players are expected to reconvene on Sunday evening for a camp to intensify their preparations for the 2024 CHAN qualifier against Nigeria later this month.

The first leg will be held in Ghana on Sunday, December 22, 2024, with the return leg scheduled for Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Nigeria.

Ghana secured their qualification to the 2024 CHAN tournament in Algeria by eliminating Nigeria in a dramatic penalty shootout.
