This bean burrito recipe makes a creamy and flavorful filling with lots of cheese and onion. They are so good that you’ll want to have them every night!
Ingredients
- 2 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño peppers
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Wrap tortillas in foil.
