Biden Apologises For Trump’s Climate Deal Pullot
US President Joe Biden says global warming is threatening the life of our planet and has told the UN climate summit in Egypt that tackling the crisis makes good economic sense.
He said the US was taking bold action – spending hundreds of billions of dollars on clean energy projects.
Mr. Biden called on countries worldwide to raise their own ambitions.
He said he was confident that the world, with young people leading the way, could limit rises in global temperatures.
Mr. Biden also apologised for the US pulling out of the Paris climate agreement, while Donald Trump was president.
