Bibiani Goldstars head coach Kobina Amissah leaves club

Head coach of Ghana Premier league newcomers, Bibiani Goldstars FC, Kobina Amissah has left the club ahead of the upcoming season.

The enterprising trainer parted ways with the club on mutual consent after failing to extend his contract.

In an interview with Kyfilla.com, the former Sekondi Hasaacas coach stated that he has relinquished his position at Goldstars FC to take a sabbatical leave after three seasons of active service.

“It is not like am leaving because there is pressure but I have been active for the past three seasons and I need to take enough rest and refresh my mind. Though am leaving, if they need my support, I will wholeheartedly do that but not as part of the management team. I will definitely bounce back very soon”, he said.

Coach Kobina Amissah has left Goldstars FC after securing qualification to the next season’s Ghana Premier League.

Goldstars emerged as champions of zone two table of the just-ended division one league.
