Asante Kotoko to work with a maximum of 26 first-team players next season

Ghanaian giants, Asante Kotoko have decided to go into the 2024/25 football season with a squad of 26 players.

This has been confirmed by the Administrative Manager of the club, Emmanuel Dasoberi.

Speaking to Akoma FM in an interview on Wednesday, June 26, the club’s Administrative Manager added that the club will be doing business in the transfer window.

He said the plan is to only sign players who are fit and ready to play for the club.

“We will work with a maximum of 26 players and I want to assure our fans that we are signing players who are ready and fit to play for Asante Kotoko,” Mr. Emmanuel Dasoberi said.

After a trophyless campaign in the 2023/24 football season, Asante Kotoko has decided to do better next season.

To do this, the club has already offloaded 18 players to make way for top players that will strengthen the squad of the team.
