Aide To Mahama Debunks Accident Claims
Joyce Bawa Mogtari, a top aide of former President John Mahama has dispelled claims that the convoy of her boss was involved in an accident, whilst sweeping across the northern parts of Ghana.
She said, a vehicle that was carrying some regional executives of the NDC and a journalist in advance of the convoy, rather hit the bad patch.
She said, when the former President got to the scene, his convoy screeched to a halt and he got out of his vehicle to see the accident situation. This then suggests that there was not much distance between the advanced team and the main convoy.
According to the aide, those who were hurt were sent to the Tamale Teaching hospital for medical attention.
