Grief turns to confusion as corpse disappears from Ashaiman mortuary

The body of a deceased individual, sent for preservation at the Trinity Mortuary in Ashaiman, has vanished without a trace.

The family, diligently preparing for the final rites, were met with shock and dismay upon discovering the absence of the body upon their scheduled visit to collect it.

Despite earnest inquiries, the mortuary staff offered no satisfactory explanation for the disappearance, leaving the grieving family frustrated and bewildered.

Pastor Ebenezer Nartey, leading the family’s delegation, expressed their urgent need to retrieve the body for ongoing burial rites.

According to Pastor Nartey, all required documentation and financial obligations had been fulfilled, hence their confusion.

Meanwhile, the family has granted the mortuary management additional time to locate the missing corpse as preparations for the burial continue.
