A Royal Blood Spilled

It is alleged that the Goaso Kontihene, a high-profile sub-chief of the Goaso Traditional Area has been murdered. Nana Yenhyira Kuma had gone missing for six days, only for his dead body to be found in the bush.

Goaso is the capital of Ahafo region, one of the six newly created regions in Ghana, and it was carved out of the Brong Ahafo region. Sources say the area had chieftaincy disputes.
