“You’ll bounce back stronger” – Akufo-addo encourages Dogbe

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has encouraged super bantamweight champion, Isaac Dogbe, to be confident and stay focused despite his loss to Mexico’s Emanuel Navarrete last Saturday.

Dogbe, 24, lost his WBO world super bantamweight title to Navarette in the United States after all the 3 judges scored the bout in favour of the Mexican.

Dogboe who until now had gone 20 fights without a defeat lasted the entire 12 rounds but he struggled for the majority of the rounds.

Following the loss, President Akufo-Addo tweeted that he was confident that Dogboe would bounce back even stronger.

“Better luck next time to the Royal Storm, Isaac Dogboe. I am confident you’ll bounce back even stronger. Keep your head up,” President Akufo-Addo tweeted.
