Ghana Publishing Company to provide emergency gazette services for national service personnel
The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a special intervention to assist national service personnel and prospective graduates facing challenges with name discrepancies and other gazette-related documentation issues.
In collaboration with the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, the Authority says it will establish a dedicated service desk at its Head Office in Accra to provide emergency gazette services.
In a press statement, the NSA said the facility will become operational at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, with officials from the Ghana Publishing Company on hand to support affected graduates.
The initiative is aimed at simplifying and expediting the process of regularizing personal records required for National Service enrollment and deployment, thereby preventing delays in registration.
The Authority has encouraged all eligible individuals experiencing documentation issues to take advantage of the service to ensure a smooth and timely service experience.
The move forms part of the NSA’s ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and promote convenience for all national service personnel and stakeholders.
