NHIA refutes claims of ongoing recruitment activities
The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has dismissed claims circulating about recent recruitment activities, labelling them as false and unfounded.
In a statement released on Monday, December 23, and signed by Dr. Da-Costa Aboagye, the Chief Executive of the NHIA, the Authority categorically refuted assertions regarding ongoing or recent recruitment exercises.
It clarified that all recruitment activities for 2024 were concluded in October.
The NHIA also clarified its role concerning appointments and confirmations for director-level positions, noting that these are the sole responsibility of the Public Services Commission.
The Authority’s involvement is limited to communicating outcomes to applicants after receiving a full report from the Commission.
The NHIA further urged the public to disregard any false claims or threats about last-minute recruitment activities, reaffirming its commitment to operational transparency and adherence to established procedures.
“We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all our operations. We encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact the NHIA directly through our official communication channels for clarification.” They added.
