‘MLS Cup delivered’ – Joseph Paintsil buzzing after winning 2024 MLS Cup with LA Galaxy

Ghana forward, Joseph Paintsil, has shared his delight after winning the 2024 MLS Cup with LA Galaxy.

The Black Stars attacker scored the opener in the 2024 MLS Cup against the New York Red Bulls on Saturday, December 7.

Joseph Paintsil was put through on goal from middle and he slotted it past the Red Bull goalkeeper for the lead.

Four minutes later, Dejan Joveljic doubled the lead for the Gs before Sean Nealis pulled one back for the Red Bulls in the 27th minute.

LA Galaxy went into the break with a 2-1 scoreline and eventually lifted the MLS Cup at the end of the exciting showdown.

In a post on X today, a buzzing Joseph Paintsil commended everyone associated with LA Galaxy for contributing to the MLS Cup triumph.

“MLS Cup delivered. Great shift from everyone at this wonderful club. This is for you G’s✨, we did this together,” Joseph Paintsil said.
