The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has urged its customers using the Nuri prepayment meters to purchase sufficient credit to last at least one month to avoid disruptions during an upgrade of the system.
This is due to the Standard Transfer Specifications (STS) protocol to upgrade all STS metering systems.
This, the company said, is to enhance the system’s efficiency and ensure uninterrupted vending services.
