GFA Bus undergoes repairs at mechanic shop hours after donation [VIDEO]
The fallout from the Ghana Football Association (GFA)’s donation of buses to nine Access Bank Division One clubs continues as the bus given to Hohoe United Football Club was spotted at a mechanic shop undergoing some repairs reportedly.
GFA President Kurt Okraku led a strong GFA entourage to make the presentation at the Accra Sports Stadium to fulfill a promise Kurt Okraku made in his speech at the 29th Ordinary Congress in Kumasi.
Clubs like Vision FC, Basake Holy Stars, Okwahu United, New Edubiase FC, Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs were beneficiaries of the fulfilled promise.
However, the poor condition of the New Edubiase bus interior has drawn massive criticism from stakeholders with wires hanging loose and the driver’s seat worn out.
For Ebusua Dwarfs though, the condition of its bus was far better and operations director of the club, Dad Simpson, was delighted with the acquisition of the vehicle and went on to praise Kurt Okraku despite the bus not being brand new as promised.
