How To Make The Most Out Of Living In The Moment
The reason for life is that life can be truly exceptional. We only have a moment in time on this Earth to do what we feel the need to do, and then it is over! We have a short amount of time, but why do we live like we have forever?
Do we feel like we have forever to call that person and tell him/her we are sorry? Do we feel like we have forever to call that person and tell him/her you love them? Do we feel like we have forever to be ourselves and truly show off our colours?
Life is amazing in that we have a moment in time to do what we came to do. As a human, I feel that is all we need for a great thing to happen. Having a moment, and making split decisions advises us that we are only here for a little time, and we should make the best of it. It is really detrimental to living when people tell others how to live life! As long as you are not hurting anyone, I say live, laugh, and love. What do the opinions of others on what you’re doing with your life matter, anyway?
We are only here for a short time, so your reason for life may not be the same as someone else’s! If you feel like the reason for life is to have kids, be a great father, work a 9-5, write, read all day, or sleep; it doesn’t matter. Your purpose is your purpose so make the most of it! Don’t let anyone knock you down and tell you that you can’t be the person that you were meant to be! You’re amazing, and without me even knowing you, you should know that.
Living life in moments allows you to take everything in, and experience this life you were given. I can only speak for myself, but I enjoy my life, and I am thankful for what life has given me. The reason for life, in my opinion, is the collection of little things I’ve come across such as the rain that falls on our cheeks, the smile a stranger gives you in passing, or the feeling that comes with the smile you give them. The good morning text that brightens your day, the birth of a child, the fresh smell of summer winds or newly cut grass are some more of my favourite little things in life: they really are something to look for each day.
Today, I hope you take the time to love and be loved. To be a positive light and vessel that someone needs in this cruel world. All it takes to live and thrive in the moment we have on this Earth is a little love, and I hope you understand that you were destined for great things. Today is your day, and in this moment, you can only be you, so I hope you make the most of it!
