After about eight years away from the music scene, the voice behind popular gospel hit Obaatan, Mavis Asante, is back and ready to inspire once again.

Her return is marked by the release of her new single Victory which officially drops tomorrow. For fans who have long waited for her comeback, the new track which focuses on resilience and faith is her comeback gift.

“My new song Victory, inspired by Psalm 108:13 which marks my comeback, is aimed at encouraging people to have faith in God in the face of adversity. Victory is a motivational song that speaks to the strength one can find in trusting God through difficult times.
