Unknown persons have reportedly pushed a woman, believed to be in her forties out of a moving taxi, leading to her death at Kwadaso in the Ashanti Region.
The tragic incident occurred on Thursday evening, August 15, 2024.
Eyewitnesses reported that the incident took place between Star Junction and Agric Junction in the Kwadaso Municipality.
However, the motivation behind the act remains unclear.
According to Citi News, the suspects fled the scene immediately after pushing the woman out of the taxi, leaving witnesses in shock.
Despite attempts to assist, the woman succumbed to her injuries shortly after.
A formal complaint was filed with the police, and the body was transported to the morgue.
The deceased’s family has been identified, and an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
