Former Director of Communications at the Presidency in the Mills administration, Koku Anyidoho, today stopped a radio presenter from asking him a question about the latest book by Investigative journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni, ‘The Fourth John’.

Mr Awuni’s book, which was launched two weeks ago, gives revealing account of the behind-the-scene happenings in the John Mahama administration.

In the interview on Accra based Starr FM, host of the show, Mr Francis Abban, attempted asking a question related to the book but Mr Anyidoho quickly directed him to skip it.

Attempts by the host to still ask the question were met with stern refusal.

After refusing to even allow the journalist land his question, the former NDC Deputy General Secretary jumped into singing a Christmas carol.

Listen:

The book reveals the life of the former President even during his tenure as Vice President.

Excerpts of the book show that during his tenure as Vice President to the late Professor Evans Atta Mills, Mr Mahama had attempted resigning from his position.

This was because of the side lining and ill treatment he received from some Presidential Staffers, Ministers of State as well as those close to the late President Mills.

Mr Anyidoho as a Director of Communications was said to be one of the road blocks in Mahama’s effective functioning as Vice President.
