The Walewale Divisional Police Command in the North East Region has arrested four (4) persons in connection to the burgling of the Vice President’s house.
Though the police administration has confirmed the break-in, they are tight-lipped on how it all happened.
The Ghana Reports sources say, the burglars scaled through the wall and forcibly broke into the rooms, they made away with television sets, decoders and other valuables.
The four suspects were arrested upon a tip-off and are currently in police custody assisting with investigations.
Sources say, five other houses were also attacked on the same night.
According to Kombat Joe, a victim, the burglars made away with several of his personal belongings.
Police have confirmed same and intensified patrols within the vicinity to guarantee the security of residents who say they are living in fear after the incident.
