Dumsor will truncate your ‘year of return’ – Akufo-Addo told
Rapper, Medikal has asked the administration of President Akufo-Addo to check the incessant power outages otherwise known as “Dumsor”.
He said, the constant power outage in the country has the ability to truncate the celebration of “year of return”.
Expressing his frustrations on how unbearable life has been without constant electricity, the musician took to his twitter page to rant “Boosu @NAkufoAddo the way them de off off wonna light for Adjinganor ability is not not at all. Meanwhile, Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is reported to have said “I want to assure Ghanaians we have put strict measures in place to ensure there is no dumsor, there is no reason for panic because President Akufo-Addo government has what it takes to ensure that dumsor does not return despite the termination of the PDS deal.”
He noted, the Akufo-Addo-led government has laid down pragmatic steps geared to reduce electricity bills.
