Ghana Parliament has reportedly set some outlandish targets for the new Ghana Football Association to meet after its four-year reign.
Kurt Okraku won the GFA presidential elections a week today and with the Football Association yet to hold its first official meeting there are claims the legislature has tabled some list of targets they must meet.
According to Accra based Angel Fm, the five targets set for the new GFA include qualifying the Black Stars to the next World Cup in Qatar 2022.
The Black Stars must reach the semi-final stage, a feat yet to reach by any African country so far.
Kurt Okraku and his administration must squeeze water out of stone and make sure that Ghana ends the 37-year Afcon hoodoo by winning at least an Afcon trophy.
They must as a matter of urgency make the local league competitive so that Ghanaian clubs will also take part in Caf inter-club competitions.
Ghana must also feature prominently in the top 10 Fifa rankings whenever it is released every month.
And last, Kurt Okraku and his administration must rid our football of corruption making it corruption-free.
