Anything I do is for self-gratification; I don’t please people anymore – Becca

Singer Rebecca Akosua Acheampong popularly known in showbiz as Becca says she has resolved to make herself happy no matter what life my throws at her.

According to the singer, she came to this realization after years of doing things to please people and wanting some sort of ‘acceptance’ from people.

“I am at a stage in my life where I do nothing to please anybody, I only do things to please myself because I realize nothing you do will please people” she said.

The “Yes, I do” Hitmaker in an interview monitored by The Ghana Report, confirmed being a mother has brought her so much joy and happiness.

“I have always been a happy person but I think I am extremely happy these days, being an oven of growth and nature makes me extremely happy, being able to birth a child, have a happy marriage and my music is doing extremely well makes me happy, let just say I am being grateful to God”

“I feel like I have gotten to a stage in my life where I do not do anything to please people, whatever I do, I do it for my self-gratification and satisfaction” she said.
