Today marks exactly six years since Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, professionally known as Ebony Reigns passed, in a horrific vehicle accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi Highway.
The fatal accident which occurred on February 8, 2018, also claimed the lives of her friend, Franky Kuri, and a military officer Atsu Vondee, who were all in a jeep with her while she was returning to Accra from Sunyani.
The late Rufftown Records signee before her demise released many songs that are still relevant on the playlist of Disc Jockeys(DJs) in Ghana.

- ‘Kupe’
‘Kupe’ became one of the fastest-hit songs by Ebony after its release in 2016. The song was directed by Yaw Skyface. Many Ghanaians still remember Ebony for that interesting and charming song.

‘Maame Hw3’ which means Mother/Mummy Look is one of Ebony’s hit songs that Ghanaians and fans abroad cannot forget.
The song, directed by Prince Dovlo was released in 2017.

‘Aseda’, which means Thanks was another hit song released by Ebony in 2017. The late Rufftown Records signee in the song expressed gratitude to God for her journey to prominence as a very young artiste.
The music video which was released in 2018 is a compilation of her stage performances and private life.

‘Turn on the light’ as one of the songs of the Bonyfied album was released in 2017. The song is a romantic song that still clicks in fans’ ears.

Ebony’s song ‘Poison’ featuring ‘Gatdoe’ was the talk of the town when it was released in 2017. The song, directed by Yaw Skyface continues to be one of the most played songs in many nightclubs in the country.

Ghanaians can never remember the sad departure of Ebony without reflecting on her ‘Sponsor’ song which has a music video featuring the father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng.
The song after being released on music streaming platforms skipped to the most trending songs as many people enjoyed the song.
