2024 Polls: Bawumia is the best for Ghana – Kofi Bentil
Vice President of IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil, has made a strong case for Ghanaians to vote massively for NPP flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 presidential elections.
Mr Bentil is convinced the Vice President of Ghana, Dr Bawumia, holds the key to Ghana’s future.
Dr Bawumia has been a champion of digitization and spearheaded various government interventions to plug into modern and advanced technologies to boost efficiency and development.
Ghanaians will be heading to the polls in less than a year to elect a new president after the four-year expiry of the current administration, and Mr Bentil believes Dr Bawumia is a better option.
Dr Bawumia will be going head-to-head with former President John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the opposition NDC.
The two parties are the dominant forces who have shared the presidential seat in the Fourth Republic.
Mr Bentil wants the eight-year cycle of political parties in governance to be broken for Dr Bawumia to be the next President of Ghana.
“I am fortified in my assurance that he is the better of the two fine gentlemen we have to choose from.
“I will choose the one I haven’t tried instead of the one who was tried and failed.
I choose to move forward; even if I make a mistake, I will make it moving forward instead of going backward,” the private legal practitioner posted on his Facebook page on Sunday, February 4.
This follows a series of posts by Mr Bentil, which outlines the numerous reasons for choosing Dr Bawumia.
The post has ignited a huge discussion on social media ahead of Dr Bawumia’s official announcement of his policies for Ghana.
