NPP primaries: Full list of incumbent MPs who lost

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) held its parliamentary primaries across the over 104 constituencies on Saturday, January 27, 2024.

At the end of the polls, many incumbent MPs, including the Sanitation Minister Freda Prempeh and Dome Kwabenya MP Sarah Adwoa Safo, failed to retain their seats.

Below is the list of incumbent MPs who failed to secure their seats.
