Release the remains of Atta Mills for burial in his hometown- Family Members
Family members of the late President of Ghana, Prof.John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills, have said that if Koku Anyidoho doesn’t stop disgracing the family, the family would consider requesting the state to release Atta Mills’s body for burial in his hometown.
This statement comes after some supposed family members of the late president visited President Akufo Addo at the Jubilee House to demand the autopsy report of the late president.
In an interview, family members of the late President Atta Mills at Ekumfi Nanabin, led by Nana Obosu, the Bamuhene of Ekumfi Nanabin, Ebusuapanyin Abudu, and Nana Obaatan Kwesi Afful, demanded an apology from Koku Anyidoho for organizing and leading people who are reportedly not family members of the late Atta Mills to demand the late president’s autopsy reports from the Jubilee House.
According to them, Koku Anyidoho should be very careful about the steps he has taken to embarrass the family of the late Prof. Mills.
They explained that the family has never, anywhere, demanded an autopsy report from the public.
They want to state categorically that they are okay with whatever led Prof. Atta Mills to his grave so Koku Anyidoho should allow Atta Mills to sleep in peace.
They stressed that if Koku Anyidoho continues to embarrass the family, they will have no option but to demand the release of Atta Mills’s body to them so they can bury him in his hometown.
“Koku Anyidoho is making us suspect him to be the one behind the death of our brother Atta Mills,” Nana Obosu added.
They are calling on President Akuffo Addo to disregard and boycott the so-called family members of the late Atta Mills, led by Koku Anyidoho for they don’t know them anywhere in the family.
Koku Anyidoho and his so-called Atta Mills family members have deceived President Akuffo Addo for all that they have said to him and talked about are lies and impersonations.
“We will get Koku Anyidoho arrested for impersonation,” they added.
According to them, Atta Mills family members at Ekumfi will not sit down for Koku Anyidoho to disgrace them to the public so they are going to advise themselves and will descend heavily on him very soon.
Meanwhile, the brother of the late President Atta Mills, who is the Member of Parliament for Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem Constituency, Hon. Samuel Atta Mills, has also come out to say that he doesn’t know the family that visited President Akuffo Addo to demand an autopsy report anywhere.
