Bawumia Outlines Vision For United, Stronger NPP
At a press soiree held on Thursday, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, flagbearer hopeful of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), said he is set to share his vision and plans to improve the lives of Ghanaians in greater detail.
He believes this will give Ghanaians the better understanding of what he has to offer them and the nation as a whole.
Dr Bawumia expressed his commitment to giving the NPP its best chance to win the 2024 elections and emphasized the importance of unity within the party.
Throughout his campaign, Dr Bawumia focused on delivering a targeted message to the NPP delegates while demonstrating his desire to unite the party and position it as the best choice to lead Ghana.
He highlighted his past contributions to the NPP, such as his work towards the successful HIPC initiative and the redenomination of the cedi.
Dr Bawumia also discussed his efforts in digitalization and its positive effects on Ghana’s economy.
Furthermore, Dr Bawumia emphasized his support for the NPP and its members at all levels and outlined how his flagbearer candidacy would contribute to a more inclusive party that caters to Ghanaians from diverse backgrounds.
He also aimed to neutralize the propaganda spread by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) against the NPP.
Dr Bawumia expressed his gratitude towards the NPP delegates for their support throughout his campaign and assured them of his dedication to achieving victory in the 2024 elections.
He highlighted the importance of unity and strength within the party to overcome the challenges ahead.
