1. Togolese President Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé – 2005 to date (18 years) Succeeded his father, Gnassingbé Eyadéma who ruled the country from 1967 until his death in 2005 (38years). The family has ruled Togo for 56 years.
2. Equatorial Guinean President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo – 1979 to date (44 years)
3. Cameroonian President Paul Biya – 1982 to date (41 years).
