Gyakie, Black Sherif And Camidoh Nominated For 2023 Headies Awards
Ghanaian musicians Gyakie, Black Sherif, and Camidoh have been nominated for the 2023 Headies Awards in Nigeria.
The three artistes have been nominated for the Best West African Artiste Of The Year alongside The Therapist from Liberia.
The organizers of the prestigious annual award scheme confirmed the nominations on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
This category aims to recognize artists of West African descent who have made remarkable achievements and significant impacts across Africa in the year under review.

Aside from that, the reigning VGMA Artiste Of The Year Black Sherif has also been nominated for the African Artiste Of The Year.
‘Kwaku The Traveller’ hitmaker is contending with Nigerian musicians Rema and Burna Boy, Marwa Loud from Morocco, and Diamond Platnumz representing Tanzania.
