‘Celebrity marriages are expensive because of public expectation’-  Beverly Afaglo

Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo who is legally married to Choirmaster of Praye fame for 11 years says celebrity marriages are very expensive because the public sees celebrities to be very rich.

According to her, the public is always interested in every aspect of a celebrity lifestyle.

“Like what you wear, what car you drive, the school your children attend, etc., apart from that, it is not just like any other marriage as I stated earlier. Nobody goes like I am a celebrity because if you do that, you are not ready for marriage”, she stated.

Speaking on why she has decided to keep her married life and family private she said, “There is really nothing to put out there. People know we are married, people know we are great together, people know we are in love and they also know we are a celebrity couple so I am not trying to prove anything”.

The award-winning actress advised other celebrities never to allow public pressure to influence their personal lifestyles since they know themselves better.
