Ghanaian Actress Rabby Bray signs deal with Tanzania Film Production Company
Ghanaian Actress Rabby Bray has fully signed a deal with ‘Lamata Village Entertainment’, a Film Production Company based in Tanzania.
Rabby was noted to be a character in one of the Tanzanian series titled ‘Jua Kali’ in 2022.
Rabby’s deal was announced by the producer of ‘Jua Kali’, Lamata Leah that actress Rabby Bray will be officially joining her film production company ‘Lamata Village Entertainment’.
After starring in the ‘Jua Kali’ series, Rabby has shown diligence and professionalism in any role assigned by the executives of ‘Lamata Village Entertainment’ which led to the company retaining her and fully signing her on their label.
According to Lamata Leah, this means that “Rabby Bray will be marketed across Eastern Africa to other production companies and corporate establishments by her new management”.
On why she signed Rabby Bray, the Head of the film production company ‘Lamata Village Entertainment’ Lamata Leah, said, “Rabby is a great actress and she has great potential and that’s why I decided to sign her under ‘Lamata Village Entertainment”.
In the DSTV series ‘Jua Kali’, Actress Rabby Bray plays the loyal best friend of Anna; played by popular Tanzanian actress Godliver Gordian. Her character,’Linda’, would go to any lengths to ensure that her best friend ‘Anna’ is happy and wouldn’t hesitate to take on anyone or anything standing in her way. She joined the star-studded cast of ‘Jua Kali’ in the 5th season of the series acting alongside top African actors such as Patience Ozokwor from Nigeria and Van Vicker from Ghana.
On a whole, the movie depicts the diversity of life, happiness, sadness, greed and betrayal in relationships.
