For the same purpose an ample supply of grapes, grape juice, raisins, and various types of soya bean foods and drinks should be included in the diet, as these foods aid in bodybuilding without the danger of toxic accumulation so frequently accompanying the overuse of meat, fish, eggs, fowl and heavily manufactured cheeses when the organs of the body are too tired or unable to successfully handle them.

 

To sum up the fight against high blood pressure: Quit worrying: bathe frequently: keep the bowels open: exercise mildly in the sunshine: and eat abundantly of fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, vegetable juices, nuts, dairy products, etc.
