A former Director of Communication of the New Patriotic Party, Yaw Adomako Baafi, has asked delegates to elect unifiers in order for the party to retain power in the 2024 general elections.
According to him, the party’s vision of breaking the eight and retaining power in 2024 requires unity, forgiveness, and sacrifice.
Speaking to journalists today, July 16,2022, at the party’s national delegates conference in Accra, Mr. Baafi emphasized the importance of electing selfless executives for the party.
“The current executives did well by ensuring that the party won power in the 2020 elections,” he said, adding that “the new executives who will be elected today must improve the fortunes of the party going forward.”
The national executives who will be elected today are expected to steer the affairs of the party going into the 2024 general elections.
