The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Dr. George Akuffo Dampare will on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, meet with members of the creative Arts industry.
The meeting will be held at the National Police Headquarters Cafeteria Conference Room, Accra at 10:am.
Last month, the IGP and some senior Police officers met with leaders of faith-based organizations in Accra.
The dialogue dubbed ”Religion and the Law” was held behind closed doors.
Two distinguished Ghanaian lawyers, lawyer Ace Ankomah and lawyer Samson Ayenini took the religious groups through what the law and religion say about their activities.
In attendance at the dialogue were representatives from the Christian Council of Ghana, Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council, Office of the National Chief Imam, Independent Churches Association of Ghana, and others.
The meeting was called after the arrest and bail of Jesus Ahuofe, a pastor who prophesied the death of dancehall star Shatta Wale.
