Newmont declares dividend of $0.55 per share

Gold mining firm Newmont Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 a share on Tuesday, ahead of the release of its third-quarter results.

Newmont announced that its Board of Directors has approved payments to be effected on December 28, 2021, to holders on record at the close of business on December 9, 2021.

The declaration and payment of future quarterly dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on the Company’s financial results, cash flow and cash requirements, future prospects, and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.
