Medeama becomes first Ghanaian football club to sign onto global digital platform Player Lens

Medeama has become the first Ghana Premier League side to officially sign onto global digital platform Player Lens, the club announced on Monday.

The new digital platform is being used by several stellar clubs and players around the world – which acts as a global tool for marketing players and integrated data-driven evaluation of footballers.

The two-time Ghana FA Cup winners join an exclusive list of top clubs around the world which has been hooked onto the platform.

More than 600 clubs from 50 different countries including footballers and agents use the platform to buy and sell players.

It is a tool to promote footballing clients who are available on the transfer market and market value.

“We are extremely delighted to join the Player Lens platform. We have satisfied ourselves with their ethos and are happy to be part of the global digital platform. We believe this platform will help position our players on the global market well. We hope to work closely with the most advanced transfer market system to the mutual benefit of both parties.” Medeama Chief Executive James Essilfie said.

The Player Lens is constantly growing and a number of top teams and clubs around the world are using it to their advantage in the transfer market.

Users can search for players based on asking price, wages, availability, position and other attributes… it’s like a real life Football Manager
