DJing is not a career for school dropouts – DJ Xpliph

Five-time Video DJ of the year (Ghana DJ Awards) winner, DJ Xpliph, born Ralph Osei Duah, has advised upcoming DJs to take education seriously and not think that the occupation is for school dropouts.

“People feel like the djing career is for school dropouts, it’s not like that”. Using himself as an example, Dj Xpliph revealed that he has a degree in Music from the University of Ghana.

“It (education) is key, it is not like we just started and we are here”, Dj Xpliph who is also the official DJ Mr. Drew added.

Speaking to Mimi Kay on “The TLS Show”, Dj Xpliph also urged upcoming DJs to remain calm and go through the process, have time, and master the craft while remaining respectful above all else.

Dj Xpliph hosts the VJmix edition of Rythmzlive every Tuesday from 3 pm-4 pm on GhOne Tv.

Additionally, he is on air on Starr Fm with Sheldon The Turn Up every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm. Xpliph also produces Unwind and Rythmzlive on GhOne Tv.
