Black Meteors coach Paa Kwesi Fabin names starting XI for second friendly against South Korea
Black Meteors head coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has named his starting lineup for the last friendly game in the team’s Asia Tour, against South Korea.
The Ghana U-24 team is taking on the Asians in a second match on Tuesday morning (1100 GMT) at the Jeju World Cup Stadium in the city of Seogwipo.
The Ghanaian coach has given Vision FC shot-stopper William Essu the nod to start in the goalposts for the Meteors with Samuel Abbey and Imoro Ibrahim as the preferred full-backs.
Frank Assinki and Frank Amoabeng will once again start in defense for the Ghana U24 side
Real Oviedo’s Samuel Obeng and Dreams FC’s Percious Boah will lead the attack.
In midfield, Emmanuel Essiam will line up alongside Sabit Abdullai while Legon Cities Jonah Attuquaye and Osman Bukari will provide them support from the wings.
Ghana is hoping to redeem a 3-1 loss in the first friendly last Saturday at the Jeju World Cup Stadium.
