King Faisal owner Alhaji Grusah charges his players to improve their performance
The owner of King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Grusah has expressed disappointment with the underwhelming performance of his team throughout the 2020/2021 season.
King Faisal have struggled to make an impact since the start of the season and failed to lift themselves up from the claws of relegation, and the owner believes their inability to win games at home is their misfortune.
The veteran football administrator questioned the commitment of his players and tasked them to improve on their home performance if they want to stay in the league after winning only one of their last five home games in the league.
“You (players) lose away to WAFA 5-3 and draw goalless with them at home. Karela beat you 2-0 away and you draw goalless with them at home.“Goldfields (Ashanti Gold) beat you 5-0 and manage a draw, it means the players are not serious,” he told Asempa FM“Honestly, the performance is not good but if I say am not satisfied with the 26 points, then I’ve not been appreciative to God. Someone(Inter Allies) is on 23 points and still fighting so we have to encouraged the team to do more.”
Coach Kasim Gokyildiz and his team will travel to the Ndoum Sports Complex to face Elmina Sharks in a fierce week 26 encounter of the Ghana Premier League.
