GPL: Berekum Chelsea sack Coach Michael Hesse Odamtten

After just eight rounds of matches in the Ghana Premier League, five coaches have been sacked by various league clubs for poor performance.

The latest to join the list that includes Maxwell Konadu and Edward Nii Odoom, is Berekum Chelsea’s head coach, Michael Hesse Odamtten.

Coach Odamtten was shown the exit following the club’s poor run in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season, managing to pick up one win so far after 7 games.

Berekum Chelsea sits in 15th position on the league table, with just six points, and will be hoping to get the results in their next league game against Inter Allies on Sunday.

The club is yet to announce who will take over from Hesse Odamtten.
