80-Year-Old Former Education Minister Weds Young Lady In 9th Marriage (Video)

Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin South and a former Education Minister, Prof Dominic Fobih, has married a young lady who could be the same age as a daughter.

Reports suggest it is the ninth marriage by the 80-year-old politician.

Videos of their wedding have gone viral on social media.

In the video, Prof Dominic Fobih is clad in a colourful kente whilst the young lady, believed to be in her late 20s, is wearing an off-white voile decorated with golden pearl beads.

The couple has also shared a message of appreciation to families and loved ones for gracing their marriage ceremony.

The message reads, “Thank you for celebrating our special day with us and making it the most memorable day of our lives. Mr and Mrs Fobih”.

Prof Dominic Fobih served as a Member of Parliament (MP) from January 2001 to January 2017 on the ticket of the NPP.

He served as the Minister of Lands, Forestry, and Mines during former President John Agyekum Kufour’s administration and was a lecturer at the University of Cape Coast.
