A former supervising officer of Sunda International Ghana Company Limited at Weija has been declared wanted for stealing.

The 33-year-old man is wanted for a crime contrary to section 124 (1) of the Criminal Offences Act 1969 (Act 29).

Authorities believe that Emmanuel Osardu may be hiding in Accra, although he was last spotted at New Bortianor.

The police are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to contact the Weija District Police or the nearest police station.

The contact information for reporting his location is provided in the official press release.

This comes barely a week after the Kaneshie District Court issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of suspect Umit Harman.

In Harman’s case, he allegedly issued post-dated cheques amounting to GH₵338,000.00, which were subsequently dishonoured at the bank.

The suspect provided these cheques as payment for quantities of air-conditioners and TV sets.

Below is the statement to that effect.
