Families of the three missing Takoradi girls have been asked to keep quiet and allow the police to do their work.

Renowned journalist and Host of Peace FM’s morning show ‘Kokrokoo’, Kwami Sefa Kayi said “maybe the family should talk less.”

The police on Saturday, August 3, visited the families of the girls to update them on their operations following the discovery of three skeletons in a septic tank behind the key suspects house.

The visit was also to request family members to corporate with the forensic team to find out if the skeletons are indeed that of the three missing girls.

But the families in a joint press conference Tuesday, August 6, said they require an independent forensic examination since there are so many unanswered questions.

Kwami Sefa Kayi who was speaking on Wednesday’s edition of his show also asked the police to act professionally.

“May be the family should talk less; maybe it can help. The police didn’t do well at a certain point and the family also didn’t do well at a certain point . . . we should allow the police to do their work. We plead with the family to stop talking and  the police should also act professionally,” he said.
